You need to enter the login name, CustomerID and e-Mail address exactly as registered in our system.
If you don't remember your CustomerID or registered e-Mail address you can find them in your invoices, or in one of your account activation e-Mails.
Note that the CustomerID, login and registered e-Mail address MUST match for verification purposes.
