Terms of service:

CB3ROB BBS Service Agreement - Version 1.01 - May 20th 2000

• Provider:
  CB3ROB BBS, its participants, management and owners.
  
• Service:
  Any service or account provided by Provider for which an authentication is needed to gain access to it.
  
• Account Holder:
  The person or company which has originally requested the Service.
  
• User:
  Any person using the Service, either with or without the premission of the Account Holder.
  
• Abuse:
  This includes but is not limited to:
  
  • Any criminal activities, as defined by the law of either User's, Account Holder's or Provider's country.
  • Mass sending of unsollicitated e-mail (Spam).
  • Sending floods of any kind to any other system which does not allow this.
  • Harrassment of other users on any server or service.
  • Endangering the quality of Service for other users in any way.

• Account Holder agrees to warrant Provider from any juridical and or financial claims, caused by or as a result of any User's actions.
• Account Holder accepts full responsibility for all actions involving the use and/or abuse of the Service by any User.
• Account Holder agrees to make sure no Abuse will take place using the Service.
• Provider reserves the right to remove any User or Service from the system, at any time and with or without notification to the User and/or Account Holder.
• Account Holder and/or User(s) cannot make any claims against Provider.
• Account Holder can terminate the Service by e-mail with one month notice.
• Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service's specification at any time and with or without notification towards Users and/or Account Holders.
• Provider agrees not to provide the address information provided by the Account Holder to third parties.
• Provider must attempt to provide the best service possible within the technical and financial limitations.
• Account Holder agrees to be billed by e-mail and pay within 14 days after billing date.
